Clean and Simple for Phindy

I am entering this card in the challenge this week at Phindy's Place, which calls for a clean and simple card.  I needed that today since the weather is doing a tap dance on my head.  It is so hot and humid here and just as I went to go for my daily walk, it rained buckets.  Oh well,  perhaps that rain will cool things down a tad.

Card Stock:  Staples
Papers:  Multi-coloured Stripe (Provo Craft), Blue Stripe and Spotted (My Scrap Stash)
Colouring Medium:  (Pencil Crayons (Prismacolor and Koh-I-Noor) with OMS (Taltine)
Tools & Embellishments:  Lace Border Punch (Martha Stewart), Chalk (Mungyo), Sheer Ribbon (Michaels)
