Black & White for Christmas
This time of year I look for any excuse to make a Christmas card so I don't have to scramble in December. OK, OK so if the truth be known, I still have to scramble but the plan sounds good in theory.
This week the challenge at Phindy's Place is to make a card in Black and White with just a bit of colour. I chose to put the colour on the image since the Christmas ornaments were perfect for that. You could colour your image in shades of black and put a little pop of colour in somewhere else on the card.
We have an exciting change coming up on the Phindy's Place Challenge Blog:
Starting in July we are having Phabulous Phindy Phriday on the first Friday of each month. This will be an Anything Goes Challenge with a twist - you can make absolutely anything, combine it with as many other challenges as you like, as long as you use a Phindy's Place image and have made a NEW project for the challenge - no backlinking please!
I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:
Christmas Cards All Year Round - Anything Goes
My Mums Craft Shop - Seeing Spots
Bearly Mine - Anything Goes
Cheerful Stamp Pad - Things with Wings
Hooked on Crafts - Anything Goes

Cec, funny...I have that theory also, but it just never seems to work out. I would love to be done with my cards and could just slip them in the mail on the 1st of December, ahh what a dream. But this one is beautiful and one more down on your list. Love the b/w with all of those beautiful colored ornaments. What a fun challenge.
ReplyDeletePhabulous card, Cec. Love the design and the image looks beautiful with the pop of colour on it. Hugs...Mona
