Vintage Easter

A wonderful vintage crafter by the name of Linda Coughlin has started a new vintage challenge blog called Frilly and Funkie and I wanted to play in her kick-off challenge.  Linda and I were on the Design Team for Isabella's Sketchbook and she plays in the challenges at Sugar Creek Hollow, which is the vintage challenge blog that I own now so I wanted to support her and her new endeavour.

I created a vintage Easter card, which will go to my Daughter and Son-in-Law when they come for Easter dinner on Sunday.  I have made a couple of fun cards for my Grandchildren but they are far from vintage.

I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:

Frilly and Funkie  - Your Favourite Vintage Style
Hooked on Crafts - Easter
Ooh La La Creations - Vintage
Paper Sundaes - Happy Easter

Image:  Clearly Vintage
Card Stock:  Recollections
Paper:  Far Far Hill
Tools & Embellishments:  Vintage Photo Distress Ink (Ranger), Flowers (Recollections & Prima), Brad (Dollarama), Tulle (Fabricland), Ribbon (Fabricland), Lace (Sussman's Bridal Supply), Pearls & Flourish (Prima)

  6. Oh Cec, your card is just as sweet as can be. I saw that vintage image yesterday on the Clearly Vintage site and tried to download it but wasn't able to grab it from that darn lightbox thingy. You have paired up such pretty colors and embellishments with it. Love the lace and the scrunched ribbon!

I am thrilled that you joined in the fun with us this week at Frilly and Funkie for our opening challenge. I really appreciate your support and hope you will be a regular!

    Happy Easter!

    Hugs,
    Linda
