Halloween Clown
This is my second Halloween card this week and I have gone from the goulish to the super cute. The challenge at Phindy's Place this week is HALLOWEEN and I love the costume on this little cutie.
You don't have to use a Phindy image but if you want to there are lots of other cute Halloween images in Phindy's store and you get two entries in the challenge. Phindy generously awards two prizes each week - one to a random winner and one to the Design Team's top pick - so that is even more reason to create with a Phindy image.
I am working with only partial mojo this week and am disappointed in the outcome of this card although I must admit it looks better in real life. Since this little person looks cute as a clown, I decided against using any black on my card but the buttons and ribbon are such a vibrant orange that they almost look red in this photo. I think I have to get my husband to work on making me a light tent and with some proper lights maybe my photos will come out with better colour.
I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:
Hanna & Friends - Autumn/Halloween
Shelly's Images - Show Us Your Layers
Crafts and Me - Orange
Diva By Design - Buttons
The House That Stamps Built - Halloween
Everybody Art Challenge - Halloween

Your orange doesn't look red on my computer so I think you are safe. LOL The clown is adorable and I love the tabbed sentiments. Have a great weekend CEC. Linda

ReplyDeleteHi Cec, Sorry that your mojo is missing, but you certainly can't tell that in how this cute project turned out. It is just adorable.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I wonder if it is our mojo that goes missing or if we have a time that we are just particularly hard on ourselves. :)
Thanks so much for joining our challenge this week at Shelly's Images Blog.
