After I was the top pick last week, I was anxious to make a new card for the current challenge at
Phindy's Place Challenge, which calls for a 3D project. I have had this great little image for ages and decided that if I did my best cutting, I could use it for the challenge and pop it up on my card. I am pleased with the cutting and even managed to get the fine fringed areas around his head to look shaggy. The kraft card stock he is mounted on is also popped up.
I bought this image called I Wuv You from
Phindy's Place and coloured it with Prismacolor and Koh-I-Noor pencil crayons. The papers are from a Provo Craft Scrap Pack, Sandylion Sticker Designs and Lasting Impressions. The card stock is Recollections (Michaels). The sentiments are computer generated. Other supplies used: Deckle Scissors (Fiskars), Buttons (Dollarama) and Hemp Cord (Michaels).
