Blue Christmas

Christmas is not a time to be blue but a time to be happy, however, the challenge at Phindy's Place this week is called Blue Christmas. We want to see you make Christmas cards with blue as the predominant colour.

You don't have to use a Phindy image but there are so many fabulous images in her store that will lend themselves to a blue Christmas card so pop over and pick up a few. If you do use a Phindy image, make sure you follow the instructions and enter your lovely creations twice.

I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:

Crafty Ribbons - Ribbons and Lace
Shelly's Images - Anything Goes
ABC Christmas - "U" is for Unused Stash (Gold Card Stock for Snowflakes were bits in my scrap box)

Image: Cozy Cottage (Phindy's Place)
Sentiment: Computer Generated on blank ticket from a friend
Card Stock: Blue (Bazzill), Pale Gold (DCWV)
Papers: Cuddlebeez
Colouring Medium: Pencil Crayons (Prismacolors) with OMS (Gotrick)
Tools & Embellishments: Hexagon Die (Nellie Snellen), Lace (My Stash), Ribbon (Fabricland), Snowflake Punch (Martha Stewart), Stardust Stickles (Ranger), Pearl Stickers (Recollections), Chalk (Mungyo)

  1. Lovely blue Christmas card -- long years ago I used to think they had to red/gold, silver, or red/green only! But the stamping world has certainly changed my mind!
