Lace & Sepia
The challenge this week at Sugar Creek Hollow is called LOVELY LACE. We want you to put lace (the fabric kind) on your vintage or shabby chic card.
I have combined lace and sepia for this vintage card with lots of layers. The image was coloured to begin with but I turned it into a sepia image and mounted it on a Spellbinders die cut. The corner is a die cut and the script paper is an embossing folder. The lace comes from a bridal supply store and I have added a doily, some flowers, feathers, a pearl and a stick pin. Oh and about those flowers - the little one was pink and white polka dots but since it was the size I wanted, I just painted it with some craft paint.
I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:
C.R.A.F.T. Challenges - Embossing
Craft Us Crazy - Anything Goes
Paper Crafting Journey - Bingo (Lace, Embossing, Flowers)
Crafting For All Seasons - Dies & Punches
Crafts & Me - Dies/Punches
