Sunny Card

Hooray, today I can sit again so I was finally able to make a card.

Since my painful hip would only allow me to craft for short periods of time, I decided I better make good use of the time so I have decided to submit this for three challenges:

Cute Card Thursday - Ribbon Tastic
Daring Cardmakers - Here Comes the Sun
Mo's Digital Challenge - Sketch

The image is a generous freebie from Mo Manning for her group on Paper Craft Planet called They Grow So Fast.  I coloured it with a combination of Prismacolour and Koh-In-Noor pencil crayons.  The papers are from my stash and the cardstock is from Wausau that my local printer ordered in for me.  The little flower is from a package of resin flowers from the dollar store that I painted and then coated with Mod Podge.  Other supplies used: Chalk (Mungyo), Punches (Marvy Uchida, EK Paper Shapers), Ribbon (Fabricland), Stickles, Cuttlebug with Swiss Dots and Circles embossing folders.

  3. I love the bright colors. The look of puzzlement on the child's face was colored perfectly.

Hope the hip feels better soon.
